Information we handle
The information depends on how you use Charasar. We limit collection to what is needed for the feature, request, or security purpose involved.
- Account details such as your name, phone number, preferred language, and verified sign-in identities.
- Security and device records such as sessions, one-time-code events, and limited technical logs used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
- Information you submit, including saved places, reports, provider requests, listing changes, public media, and verification documents.
How information is used
Charasar processes information to operate a reliable healthcare directory and the account and provider workflows around it.
- Provide search, saved places, account preferences, provider workspaces, and support for your requests.
- Verify medical-service information, review corrections, send relevant service or security notifications, and maintain audit history.
- Protect the service, investigate misuse, resolve errors, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Location remains optional
You can browse by city and district without granting location access. When you choose nearby search, precise location is used for that request.
- Charasar does not continuously track your background location.
- A precise search position is not kept longer than needed to complete the request.
- You can deny location permission and continue using manual city and district choices.
Public listings and private evidence
Medical-service listings are intended to be public. A member’s account information and protected verification material are handled separately.
- Published listing data can include business contacts, services, schedules, public media, and location coordinates.
- Identity, ownership, license, and review evidence is restricted to authorized review workflows and is not published.
- A listing may remain available after a member leaves or deletes a personal account because it represents the medical service, not that membership.
Security and retention
Charasar uses access controls, scoped permissions, secure sessions, and restricted storage to reduce unauthorized access.
- One-time codes, sessions, documents, reports, and audit records follow retention periods tied to security, legal, or operational needs.
- Public media and public listing information are stored separately from protected verification evidence.
- No system is risk-free, but access is limited and sensitive workflows receive additional safeguards and audit records.
Your choices and account deletion
You can review account information, change preferences, revoke sessions, decline optional permissions, and request account deletion in the app.
- Personal convenience data is deleted when applicable; required records may be anonymized or retained under policy or law.
- Account deletion revokes active sessions. Public medical-service listings can continue without your personal membership.
- The version shown on this page changes when the policy is updated. Material changes may require renewed consent before an affected account action continues.
